By accessing the jay9 app Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jay9 app with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein. jay9 app reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically to remain aware of any changes. jay9 app will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account, but the absence of such notification does not exempt the Player from the obligation to comply with the current version of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects. The Platform operates in English as its primary language of communication for all legal and operational matters.

To access real-money features on jay9 app, a Player must complete the registration process and create an Account. The registration process requires the provision of a valid email address, a username, a secure password, and personal identification information sufficient to support the KYC verification process.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where jay9 app identifies that a single individual holds or has held more than one account, all accounts held by that individual may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be voided, and any bonus funds associated with secondary accounts will be forfeited entirely.

jay9 app periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria — including account verification status, minimum deposit requirements, and geographic restrictions — are specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the Wagering Requirement specified for that promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The default Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses on jay9 app is 20x the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• jay9 app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and actively being wagered will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally issued.

Bonus Abuse

Jay9 app employs automated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on opposing outcomes to guarantee completion of Wagering Requirements with minimal risk exposure (known as "bonus arbitrage" or "matched betting"), use of automated betting scripts, and coordinated exploitation of promotions across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, jay9 app reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the Player's Account pending investigation.

jay9 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform, or where required to do so for legal or compliance reasons.

Suspension by jay9 app

A Player's Account may be suspended — meaning temporarily restricted from real-money activity — in any of the following circumstances:

• Pending completion of a KYC verification or source-of-funds review.
• Where unusual activity has been detected that requires investigation prior to continuation of account activity.
• Where a withdrawal request is under review for compliance purposes.
• Where the Player has been identified as potentially at risk of gambling-related harm, pending a responsible gaming review.

Permanent Closure by jay9 app

Permanent account closure by jay9 app will occur, and all associated balances will be forfeited, in cases of:

• Confirmed breach of the age restriction — account registered by or on behalf of a person under 18.
• Provision of fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process.
• Confirmed multi-accounting (holding more than one Account).
• Confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Confirmed use of automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jay9 app support at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and the remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Balance at the time of closure is non-refundable. Players who have activated a self-exclusion arrangement should note that voluntary account closure does not supersede a self-exclusion commitment — a self-excluded Player cannot simply re-register; the exclusion period remains in force.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if the Player has not logged in or conducted any real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. jay9 app will attempt to contact the Player via their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. Players are advised to maintain periodic activity or to formally close their Account and withdraw their balance if they no longer intend to use the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

jay9 app's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real-Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises. jay9 app is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Game results, once settled, are final and are not subject to reversal except in cases of a confirmed technical error affecting the game outcome.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Players in Bangladesh agree that all disputes shall first be submitted to the jay9 app customer support process before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. jay9 app is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and expeditiously through its internal dispute resolution process.
